Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
For the safety of all dogs in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal checks.

Pre-Surgical Policy
All patients scheduled for surgery should not have any food or treats after midnight the night before the schedule surgery. They may have water up to an hour before drop-off. All surgeries should be dropped off at between 7:00 am-8:00 am. If your pet is on any regular medications, please check with the doctor if those should be given the morning of surgery. Drop-Off Policy
We offer the convenience of dropping your pet off, when your schedule does not allow for an appointment time. We do ask that you callWe do only offer this to exhisting clients. New clients must have a scheduled appointment prior to any drop-off arrangements.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us.
It’s that simple! And we strictly adhere to this policy.
